My name is Shannon Welch.  I have been a Pharmacist for 27 years.  My  wife got tired of hearing me complain about how Pharmacist now have to treat people like just another number.  So that was the creation of Noble Drug.  The name was a simple inside joke that stuck.  We have done what we set out to do.  Treat people like people again.  Truly care and get know everyone.  I decided when a patient just becomes a number its time to retire.

After year of not compounding, it has brough new life to what I do. I believe if your going to put your faith in my skill, years practice, and my 795 certification.

Casey (my Wife) and I want to run a pharmacy we can proud of when someone sees us. We always looking for new ways to improve
